PHILOSOPHY
Children are unique individuals who differ in their rate of growth and fields of intelligence. They are also active learners who develop holistically through wholesome approach with various experiences in the best, nurturing, conducive and safe environment towards life-long learning. Professional Educators must be engaged to recognize each individual and assist them to reach his or her fullest potentials with active interaction with the family of every child.
ENFANT’S 4 Ps ENVIRONMENT
1. PLAY Enfant provides sensory experiences, involving all faculties of child to encourage exploration, discovery, creativity and self- expression. Play enables educators to understand individual’s traits & determine ability levels to improve problem solving abilities and interest of a child.
2. PARTICIPATION Enfant aims to promote individual’s expression and practice of verbal skills to increase child’s sense of self worth and confidence which helps educators to identify the various learners in a group. Participation also helps to foster rapport and affinity between child and educator.
3. PERSONALIZATION Enfant encourages personalization to improve child’s self image and sense of belonging to their creation or innovation. Personalization also aims to generate child’s interest in topic and enhance retention of concept and memory to promote positive feelings towards learning
4. POSITIVISM Enfant reinforces positivism by ‘catching’ children when doing good. We also aim to promote and encourage expression of displeasure in Enfant’s warm, relaxed, conducive and friendly culture for effective learning, teaching and growth to build up child’s positive self-image.
