Creative Writing & Confidence Speaking by Monster Under The Bed 

An excellent preparatory language programme for preschoolers to immerse themselves in a world of reading and writing. Children engage in a series of hands-on activities that will help them become competent readers, skilful writers and confident speakers. With show-and-tell, class writing activities, kinesthetic and movement activities and language games, our young ones are bound to love language!

Highlights:

• Introduces children to multiple writing techniques to help them be more creative writers even when using various mediums 
• Some techniques include: 
  • Multiple Perspective Writing 
  • Addition of Characters 
  • Exclusion of Characters 
  • Creating twists to endings/beginings 
• Introduces children to kids poetry 
• Introduction to simple poetry literary expressions 
• Makes writing fun for children and opens minds to thinking-out-of-the-box when writing about ordinary topics 
• Child facilitated presentations, confidence in presentation and voice expressions in reading. 
• Show – and – Tell element where children are allowed to orally share and present about an artifact that is being brought to class. With small class sizes, each child will be given a chance to present and share. Presentations will be facilitated by children, and class writing activities will be done for those who do not yet know how to write.
