Providing an optimal performance through a healthy body and mind, EnviroGym Performance Solution Pte Ltd will be the enrichment provider for SMART GYM at Enfant.

SMART-GYM Aims to:

• Build self-confidence
• Strengthen large and fine motor skills
• Develop strength and flexibility in a fun way
• Stimulate language development
• Enhance social skills

According to respective age groups, SMART GYM is divided into:

1) GYM CRAWLERS (18 mths to 2 years)

Ratio of 1 teacher to 4 toddlers

Introducing basic movements such as crawling and balancing through obstacles courses.

2) GYM BABY (2 to 3 years)

Ratio of 1 teacher to 5 children

Bigger ranges of movements are being introduced as children learn higher level skills such as standing with the aids of props and equipments. Children will also go through different types of obstacles courses. Hand apparatus will be introduced each week to teach new skills.

3) GYM TODDIE (3 & 4 years old)

Ratio of 1 teacher to 6 children

Circuits are designed to allow child to move through and attain skills independently.

4) GYM RANGERS (5 & 6 years old)

Ratio of 1 teacher to 8 children

Team activities are included in the bigger age group as they learn about teamwork which enhances their self-confidence and esteem, self-awareness and discipline. Larger range of movements such as handstands and cartwheels would be covered during the course.
